The following applet is initially set with pivot column and row those of the 1st (Initial) Simplex Tableau, ready to calculate the 2nd Simplex Tableau (1st --> 2nd at 2:10 in the video-presentation above).

Applet can be arranged for next Simplex Tableaux pair (i.e. 2nd --> 3rd) by :

Dragging the AbsMax point to set the pivot column.

Dragging the Min point to set the pivot row.

Dragging the new value square to see what elements, from which table are needed to calculate.
